Ingredients
- 2 ozvodka
- 0.25 ozblack raspberry liqueur
- 0.5 ozFresh lemon juice
- 4 ozginger beer
- 3blackberries
- Ice cubesoptional
How to Make a Berry Nice
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in the base of a shaker.
- Add Vodka, liqueur & lemon juice.
- Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
Garnish
Decorate with blackberries.
Tips & substitutions
- No vodka? Try gin.
- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
- No ginger beer? Try ginger ale.

Serve this one in a collins glass. A collins glass is a glass tumbler which typically is used to serve mixed drinks, especially Tom Collins or John Collins cocktails. It is cylindrical in shape and narrower and taller than a highball glass.
