How to Make a Cafe de Paris

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker halfway filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
  • No anise flavored liqueur? Try absinthe or pastis.
