Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 ozelderflower liqueur
- 1.5 ozlime juice
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 1 tsprose water
- dried rose petalsoptional
- iceoptional
How to Make an Elderflower Gimlet
Instructions
- Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and rose water.
- Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish
Decorate with garden rose petals or edible dried rose petals.
Tips & substitutions
- No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
