How to Make an Elderflower Gimlet

Instructions

  1. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and rose water.
  2. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.

Garnish

Decorate with garden rose petals or edible dried rose petals.

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
  • No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
