- 7 ozHot Tea
- 1 tbsphoney
- 1 tsplemon juice
- 0.5 tspGround cinnamon
- 0.5 tspcloves
- 0.5 tspGround nutmeg
- 1Lemon wedgeoptional
How to Make a Hot Not Toddy
Instructions
- In a warm Irish coffee glass or any mug, add lemon juice, honey and spices.
- Top with hot brewed tea.
- Stir very well.
Garnish
Decorate with a lemon wedge.

- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
- No lemons? Try limes.
