Ingredients
- 1.5 ozvodka
- 0.3 ozpear liqueur
- 0.5 ozsake
- 0.3 ozsimple syrup
- 1Pear Sliceoptional
How to Make a Japanese Pear
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Garnish
Decorate with a pear slice on rim.
Tips & substitutions
- No vodka? Try gin.
- No sake? Try white wine, cherry liqueur or orange liqueur.
