Created by Cara & Andrew Fernandes, a Dad & Daughter Duo from India. Although this is made with ice, I'd classify this as a winter drink because it's light-jacket weather here in Gurgaon — winter is starting to settle in, which means the mornings and evenings are chilly, and something like this hits just right! When dad made this drink, I thought it would be on the cold and cooling, since it's shaken with ice. But one drink in, I had removed my jacket because although shaken with ice, this drink really warms you up from the inside! It gives you the feeling of sitting around a small but fierce fire, only...the fire is inside and subtle and beautiful.
