Ingredients
- 1.5 ozgin
- 0.5 ozelderflower syrup
- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 tspblue curacao liqueur
- 1egg white

How to Make a Blue Elderflower Sour
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake for the first time (dry shake).
- Add ice and shake a second time.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish
Decorate with an edible flower.

- No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
