Ingredients

  • 1.5 ozgin
  • 0.5 ozelderflower syrup
  • 0.75 ozlemon juice
  • 0.5 tspblue curacao liqueur
  • 1egg white
  • iceoptional
  • 1edible floweroptional

How to Make a Blue Elderflower Sour

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake for the first time (dry shake).
  2. Add ice and shake a second time.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish

Decorate with an edible flower.

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
  • No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
