How to Make an Angelo Azzurro

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the blue curacao, triple sec, and gin.
  2. Shake for approximately 20 seconds.
  3. Strain and pour into a martini or coupe glass.

Garnish

Twist and add the lemon peel as a garnish.

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
  • No triple sec? Try orange liqueur, orange curacao liqueur or bitter orange liqueur.
  • No lemons? Try limes.
