- 0.75 ozTempus Fugit Creme de Noyaux
- 0.75 ozcreme de cacao
- 0.75 ozFour Roses Bourbon
- 1 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 ozegg white
- 1 tspsimple syrup
- 2maraschino cherryoptional
- iceoptional
How to Make a Chocolate Amaretto Sour
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) and pour into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
Decorate with a skewered Luxardo Maraschino.

- No creme de noyaux? Try almond liqueur.
- No creme de cacao? Try almond liqueur or amaretto.
- No bourbon? Try whisky or scotch.
