Ingredients
- 1 ozcoffee liqueur
- 1.5 ozrum
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 2 ozespresso
- 1cinnamon stickoptional
- iceoptional
How to Make a Cuban Cafecito
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee liqueur, rum, simple syrup, and brewed coffee.
- Shake well to combine and strain into a rock glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Decorate with a cinnamon stick.

- No rum? Try gin.

Serve this one in a rocks glass. Basically an Old Fashioned glass, but stronger with thicker glass and rim, made from toughened glass to suit drinks that require muddling.
