Ingredients

  • 1 ozelderflower liqueur
  • 3 ozProsecco
  • 2.5 ozsoda water
  • 6Mint leaves
  • iceoptional

How to Make a Hugo

Instructions

  1. Add ice into a wine glass along with some torn mint leaves.
  2. Add the elderflower liqueur and a splash of soda water.
  3. Top up with Prosecco.
  4. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig before serving.
