A sweet and tropical, medium-strength cocktail, shaken over ice, served in a collins glass.

Ingredients
- 1 ozwhite rum
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 0.5 ozpineapple juice
- 0.5 ozpeach liqueur
- 12Mint leaves
- 0.5 ozhoney syrup
- 1Pineapple wedgeoptional
- Crushed iceoptional
How to Make a Missionary's Downfall
Instructions
- Add the mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle.
- Add the white rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and peach liqueur to the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
Garnish with mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
Tips & substitutions
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
- No honey syrup? Try simple syrup, agave syrup or maple syrup.
