Ingredients
- 2 ozwhite rum
- 4 ozcoconut water
- fresh mintoptional
- iceoptional
How to Make a Saoco
Instructions
- Combine both ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain the contents into a collins glass that has been half-filled with finely crushed ice.
Garnish
Decorate with fresh mint.

Serve this one in a collins glass. A collins glass is a glass tumbler which typically is used to serve mixed drinks, especially Tom Collins or John Collins cocktails. It is cylindrical in shape and narrower and taller than a highball glass.
