How to Make a Gin Sling

Instructions

  1. Put the gin, lemon juice and rich syrup into a cocktail shaker with a large handful of ice.
  2. Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
  3. Top up with soda water.

Garnish

Decorate with a lemon wedge.

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
  • No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
