Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 0.5 ozrich syrup
- 1 dashangostura bitters
- iceoptional
How to Make a Gin Swizzle
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- Swizzle with a swizzle stick or with a barspoon.
- Add more crushed ice to fill and swizzle some more.
Garnish
Decorate with lime wedges or mint leaves. Serve with straw.
Tips & substitutions
- No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.

Serve this one in a collins glass. A collins glass is a glass tumbler which typically is used to serve mixed drinks, especially Tom Collins or John Collins cocktails. It is cylindrical in shape and narrower and taller than a highball glass.
