A spicy, strong cocktail, shaken over ice, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients
- 3 oztequila
- 0.85 ozblueberry syrup
- 0.85 ozsimple syrup
- 1 ozlime juice
- 1passion fruit
- 1Chopped Red Chili
- iceoptional
How to Make a Hot Passion Margarita
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- The longer you shake it the spicier it tends to be.
- Double strain into a rocks glass rimmed with chili flake and filled with ice.
Garnish
Decorate with half a passion fruit.
Tips & substitutions
- No tequila? Try gin or white rum.
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
The glass
Serve this one in a rocks glass. Basically an Old Fashioned glass, but stronger with thicker glass and rim, made from toughened glass to suit drinks that require muddling.
