Ingredients
- 2 oztequila
- 4 oztomato juice
- 0.5 ozFreshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 pinchcelery salt
- 2 dashTabasco
- 2 dashworcestershire sauce
- 1 tspgrated horseradish
- Freshly ground black pepperoptional
- 1Lime wedgeoptional
- 1Lemon wedgeoptional
- 1celery stickoptional

How to Make a Bloody Maria
Instructions
- Add the tequila, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt and black pepper to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
Decorate with a stick of celery, lemon and lime wedges.

- No tequila? Try gin or white rum.
- No limes? Try lemons.
- No lemons? Try limes.
The glass
Serve this one in a highball glass. Tall and narrow with straight or slightly flaring sides, the highball glass is used to serve highball cocktails and other mixed drinks. A highball glass is taller than an Old Fashioned glass, and shorter and wider than a Collins glass.
