Ingredients
- 1.5 ozmezcal
- 2 oztriple sec
- 3 ozmango juice
- 2 ozlime juice
- kosher salt
- iceoptional
How to Make a Mango Mezcalita
Instructions
- Sprinkle Kosher salt on a plate.
- Run a lime wedge around a chilled glass rim, then dip it in the salt.
- Fill with ice and set aside.
- In a shaker, combine mezcal, triple sec, mango juice, and lime juice with ice.
- Shake heartily for 30 seconds and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.
Garnish
Decorate with a lemon slice.
Tips & substitutions
- No triple sec? Try orange liqueur, orange curacao liqueur or bitter orange liqueur.
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
