Ingredients
- 1 ozMonkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
- 0.7 ozGabriel Boudier Creme De Violettes
- 0.35 ozsimple syrup
- 1.5 ozlemon juice
- 0.7 ozsweet & sour syrup
- 1 ozpeach juice
- 5blackberries
- 5Fresh mint leaves
- iceoptional
How to Make a Neanderthal
Instructions
- Muddle 3 mint leaves and 2 blackberries in your cocktail shaker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake very well with ice.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Decorate with the rest of blackberries and fresh mint leaves.
Tips & substitutions
- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
