Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 ozsimple syrup
- 1 ozlemon juice
- 2 ozProsecco
- 2strawberries
- 1Mint sprig
How to Make a Dartmouth Doll
Instructions
- Muddle strawberries and mint in a shaker.
- Add gin, lemon juice and syrup.
- Shake well and strain into a flute.
- Top with Prosecco.
Garnish
Decorate with strawberry slice and mint.
Tips & substitutions
- No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
