A sweet, seriously strong cocktail, shaken over ice, served in a coupe glass.

Serve in: coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ozgin
  • 1 ozdry vermouth
  • 1 ozCreme de cassis
  • 3blackcurrantsoptional
  • iceoptional

How to Make a Parisian

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain the contents into a cocktail glass.

Garnish

Add three to four blackcurrants to the glass.

Tips & substitutions

  • No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.

Serve this one in a coupe glass. Also known as Champagne Coupe or Champagne saucer. Fancy looking glass invented in the mid 17th century in England.
