Created by Mark Adams, an artist with a taste for creating, staging, photographing and drinking interesting and vintage cocktails. Staying with the Nutcracker theme, tonight’s cocktail is called the Sugar Plum Fairy Martini. This one is guaranteed to give you visions of sugar plums dancing in your sleep! The Amaretto really adds a nice nuttiness and the splash of ginger beer gives the drink a pleasant hint of effervescence. I used unsweetened cranberry juice, so I added 2 barspoons of luxardo cherry syrup to add a bit of sweetness.
