Ingredients
- 1.5 ozblack spiced rum
- 2 tbsphoney
- 0.5 ozlemon juice
- 1 ozginger beer
- 8blackberries
- 1 dashorange bitters
- 1 tsprosemary sprigs
- iceoptional
How to Make a Widowed Smash
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add blackberries, rosemary, lemon juice and honey.
- Muddle well the ingredients to release the juices.
- Add rum and orange bitters then shake well.
- Strain into a glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Gently stir to combine.
Garnish
Decorate with blackberries and a rosemary sprig.

- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
- No ginger beer? Try ginger ale.
