Blackberry Gin Sling

Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 10blackberries
- 2 ozlime juice
- 2 ozsoda water
- 1rosemary sprigs
- 1 ozsimple syrup
- Ice cubesoptional
How to Make a Blackberry Gin Sling
Instructions
- Muddle 10 blackberries and one sprig of rosemary in a tall glass.
- Remove the rosemary, add the remaining ingredients except soda and stir.
- Fill with ice and top with the sparkling soda.
Garnish
Decorate with blackberries and rosemary sprigs.
Tips & substitutions
- No gin? Try vodka, tequila or white rum.
- No lime juice? Try lemon juice.
