- 2 ozbourbon
- 1 ozgrapefruit juice
- 0.5 ozhoney syrup
- Crushed iceoptional
How to Make a Brown Derby
Instructions
- Add the bourbon, grapefruit juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
Garnish
Express the oil from a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop it into the drink to garnish.

- No bourbon? Try whisky or scotch.
- No grapefruit juice? Try pink grapefruit juice.
- No honey syrup? Try simple syrup, agave syrup or maple syrup.
