- 2 ozbourbon
- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 ozmaple syrup

How to Make a Maple Bourbon Sour
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Decorate with a lemon twist.

- No bourbon? Try whisky or scotch.
- No lemon juice? Try lime juice.
The glass
Serve this one in a rocks glass. Basically an Old Fashioned glass, but stronger with thicker glass and rim, made from toughened glass to suit drinks that require muddling.
