Did you know
Created by Jean, a cocktail enthusiast from Berlin, Germany. The idea was to combine some flavours reminiscent of Christmas: pine and cranberries. Then my mind veered towards a London Dry Gin to accompany those two flavours, so that it plays off of the pine notes. Then, to fully bring it into festive territory, making it bubbly sounded like the next step. Finally, a dash of Angostura bitters to play off of the rest of the spices notes from Christmas drinks.
