Ingredients
- 1 ozJNPR N°2
- 0.35 ozWhite Penja Pepper Paragon
- 2 ozstrawberry juice
- 0.35 ozorange bitters
- 1.35 ozginger beer
- iceoptional
How to Make a Volcanic Strawberry
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into your glass and top with ginger beer.
Garnish
Decorate with a burned orange wedge.
Tips & substitutions
- No ginger beer? Try ginger ale.
The glass
Serve this one in a highball glass. Tall and narrow with straight or slightly flaring sides, the highball glass is used to serve highball cocktails and other mixed drinks. A highball glass is taller than an Old Fashioned glass, and shorter and wider than a Collins glass.
