Ingredients
- 2 ozvodka
- 4 oztomato juice
- 0.5 ozFreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 pinchcelery salt
- 2 dashTabasco
- 2 dashworcestershire sauce
- 2 dashsriracha sauce
- 2 tspgrated horseradish
- Freshly ground black pepperoptional
- 1celery stickoptional
- 1Bacon stripoptional
- 1shrimpoptional
- 2green olivesoptional
- 2cherry tomatoesoptional
- Ice cubesoptional
How to Make a Sriracha Bloody Mary
Instructions
- In a highball glass combine vodka, lemon juice, tomato juice, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, sriracha, black pepper and salt.
- Pour mix back and forth into a second glass to combine well.
- Add ice to serving glass and pour in bloody mary mix.
Garnish
Decorate with a stick of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick, a bacon strip, a shrimp and cherry tomatoes.
Tips & substitutions
- No vodka? Try gin.
- No lemons? Try limes.
The glass
Serve this one in a highball glass. Tall and narrow with straight or slightly flaring sides, the highball glass is used to serve highball cocktails and other mixed drinks. A highball glass is taller than an Old Fashioned glass, and shorter and wider than a Collins glass.
