
Dickson's Bloody Mary Cocktail

A spicy, light cocktail, stirred until cold, served in a collins glass.
Serve in: collins glass
Ingredients
- 2 ozchili vodka
- 1 ozFino Cherry
- 7 oztomato juice
- 1 ozFreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tspcelery salt
- 2 dashTabasco
- 2 tspworcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tspCreamed horseradish
- 1celery stickoptional
- 2green olivesoptional
- Freshly ground black pepperoptional
- Ice cubesoptional
How to Make a Dickson's Bloody Mary
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with cracked ice and add vodka, the fortified wine and tomato juice.
- Stir well then add the lemon juice, Tabasco, Worchestershire sauce and horseradish.
- Stir again and add the celery salt and pepper.
- Stir until the shaker has frosted and contents are chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass half filled with ice cubes.
Garnish
Decorate with a stick of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.
Tips & substitutions
- No lemons? Try limes.
